We expect a high level of professionalism within the Doctoring and SP programs and we appreciate your effort to address issues in an appropriate manner.

Please keep in mind that you may report issues to SP educators, the SP program manager, or the SP program faculty, but issues should not be discussed with other standardized patients, proctors, faculty or non-affiliated individuals.

All information submitted is confidential. Your information will not be shared with anyone involved in this report.
